FLUTESTOCK FESTIVAL WORKSHOP

In this workshop, we will explore the foundations of rhythm and rhythmic exercises and tips that we can apply to our instruments. We will also cover integrating rhythm into the body that includes simple dance steps, movement, vocalizations and breathwork. Bring your flute or didgeridoo or even just yourself for this fun and informative class. There will be a Q&A afterwords.
