In this fun and informative workshop, we cover the simple mechanics of circular breathing, exercises you can do on or off your instrument, practice and mindset techniques and to start you on your circular breathing journey. We will also explore techniques for integrating these skills into the body for more effortless practice. Bring your didgeridoo or flute, a notebook for anything you want to jot down and questions. There will be a Q&A afterwords.
